Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wing Air Cadets
Senior cadets from across the Wing attend Adult Cadet Course
Forty-two cadets from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight gathered at Newburgh House in Winchester recently to take part in the Adult Cadet Course, the first of the programmed cadet training courses of 2010. It is a requirement for all cadets who wish to remain in the Air Training Corps past their eighteenth birthday to attend the course.
The course included information sessions and syndicate exercises. Wing Commander Peter Priest, Officer Commanding Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wing, provided a briefing to the cadets on the future for the Wing in 2010 and beyond.
The next Adult Cadet Course will be held in March at Fort Blockhouse.
